Job summary

Totally Workwear in Melbourne is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to strengthen governance, risk and compliance across the franchise network. You will own the GRC program and the Operators Manual, ensuring policies, SOPs and compliance guidelines are current, practical and legally sound.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in franchise operations, governance, risk or compliance.
• Experience with the Franchising Code of Conduct and franchise legislation.
• Ability to design and implement compliance and operational frameworks in multi-site/franchise environments.
• Experience engaging with boards and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with franchise operators and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in franchise systems, retail or industrial/workwear advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the TW GRC program across the franchise network.
• Maintain the TW risk register with identification, assessment, reporting and remediation of risks.
• Govern and version-control the TW Operators Manual.
• Translate legislative and operational changes into clear policies, standards and SOPs.
• Establish a structured document governance framework for agreements and manuals.
• Deliver governance reporting and compliance insights for senior stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to Operators on governance, documentation and standards.
