Job summary

Easygo is seeking a hands-on Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to operationalise our obligations and controls from Melbourne. You’ll partner with Legal, Finance and data owners, using AI and automation to streamline processes across multiple service lines and functions.

This is a full-time role based in our Melbourne office, with a focus on practical risk management, control design, testing and remediation, while leaders stay accountable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in governance, risk, compliance or assurance, ideally in tech or gaming.
• Experience maintaining obligations and controls documentation and evidence.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical controls with sound judgement.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail across registers and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service line and corporate obligation registers and map to controls.
• Document and improve controls, test design and operating effectiveness.
• Manage Gifts & Benefits and Conflicts of Interest submissions and registers.
• Administer GRC system, including dashboards and reports.
• Support risk assessments and update frameworks under guidance.
• Coordinate ESG reporting timelines and disclosure drafting.
