Job summary

Expert360 is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to coordinate governance, risk and compliance frameworks across the group. Reporting to the CFO and Company Secretary, the role is a hands-on individual contributor based in Sydney or Melbourne with no direct reports.

You will manage statutory registers, policy reviews, and risk registers, engaging with executives, external advisers and regulators as needed to keep strong governance and compliance records.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance or corporate secretariat support.
• A tertiary qualification in risk management, governance, law, business or public administration.
• Strong MS Office skills and comfort using governance systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company Secretary with group and subsidiary boards and committees, including officeholder appointments and ASIC lodgements.
• Maintain statutory registers and keep records in line with records management requirements.
• Own the Master Policy Register, coordinate policy reviews and escalate gaps to the CFO/Company Secretary.
• Draft updates to policies and procedures and coordinate responses to information requests.
• Coordinate enterprise and operational risk registers, monitor risk treatments and report material risks.
