Cotton On in Geelong is seeking a commercially minded Franchise Region Manager to lead and support our franchise network across multiple markets. You will partner with franchisees, deliver strategic guidance, and drive sustainable growth through strong customer experience and brand standards.

The role emphasizes trading performance, stock health, operations, and partner development, using data and insights to influence decisions and execute brand strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial, retail, franchise, or multi-site leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and support teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Experience with franchise or international retail environments and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance, operational support and coaching to the franchise network to drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and franchise partners to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure stores deliver on-brand experiences through presentation and operating models.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities, influence decisions and support execution of brand strategies.
