Job summary

A2B Australia is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to drive performance through data‑led insights and forecasting. You will join the FP&A function, supporting planning, reporting and strategic analysis across the business.

You will build financial models, deliver management reporting, dashboards and scenario analysis to influence decisions and growth. A collaborative, proactive finance professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum three years FP&A experience in multinational organisations or ASX‑listed environments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capabilities.
• Experience with large datasets and identifying key business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Contribute to five‑year planning model development.
• Create weekly operational dashboards and reporting.
• Provide financial and operational modelling including scenario analysis.
