Job summary

A2B Australia, part of the ComfortDelGro Australia Group, is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to drive performance through data-led insights, forecasting and strategic analysis. You will report to the FP&A Manager and support planning, reporting and analysis across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CA/CPA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Minimum three years' FP&A experience in multinational/ASX-listed environments.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
Experience with large datasets and identifying drivers.
Advanced Excel skills including Power Query.

Responsibilities

Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process with targets and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly management reporting for Board, CEO, and Business Units with commentary.
Contribute to five-year long-term planning model development.
Create weekly operational dashboards and reporting outputs.
Deliver financial and operational modelling including sensitivity analyses to inform decisions.
Support month-end activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Identify and drive process improvements across finance/reporting activities.
Provide ad hoc analysis as required.
