Job summary

A2B Australia is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to drive business performance through data-led insights, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA or CPA qualification preferred
• 3+ years FP&A experience within multinational organisations or ASX-listed businesses
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying key business drivers
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query
• Experience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex financial and operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers and opportunities for improvement
• Translate analysis into practical recommendations for operational leaders' decision-making and performance management
• Prepare monthly management reporting and contribute to Board and Executive reporting packs
• Develop meaningful variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
• Partner with analytics and systems specialists to develop dashboards and improve BI usage
• Provide ad hoc commercial analysis and financial insight as required
