Talent Web Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team, supporting Australian and New Zealand operations with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, with exposure to the CFO, you will analyse monthly revenue and margins, build financial models, and help drive actionable insights for business decisions while enhancing dashboards and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Analyses monthly revenue and margins, investigates movements in pricing, service mix and costs.
• Prepares management reporting with commentary on performance and variances.
• Supports the annual budget and rolling forecasts across multiple entities.
• Builds and maintains financial models, including scenario analysis, capex and cash flow forecasts.
• Works with operational managers to understand performance drivers.
• Supports acquisition analysis and integration activities.
• Helps improve dashboards and automate reporting.
