A2B Australia is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to drive business performance through data-led insights, forecasting and strategic analysis within the Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgeting and management reporting, delivering insights that influence decisions across the business.

You’ll work with large datasets, build financial models, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape long-term plans and performance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum three years' FP&A experience in multinational organisations or similarly structured environments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying key business drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Experience using BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Datarails, Adaptive Insights or similar platforms.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.

Responsabilidades

• Support the monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process with targets.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Contribute to the development of the five-year long-term planning model.
• Prepare weekly operational performance dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver financial and operational modelling, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Support month-end activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as required.
