Job summary

A2B Australia, part of ComfortDelGro Australia, is hiring a commercially minded Financial Analyst to drive business performance through data-led insights, forecasting and strategic analysis. You will join the FP&A team and report to the FP&A Manager, supporting planning, reporting and analysis across the business.

You'll contribute to rolling forecasts, board reporting, and long-term planning while enhancing financial models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CA or CPA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum three years' FP&A experience within multinational organisations or similar structure.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Contribute to five-year long-term planning model development.
• Prepare weekly operational performance dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver financial and operational modelling including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Support month-end activities for timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and pursue process improvement initiatives across finance and reporting.
