Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team in a role covering budgeting, forecasting, planning and commercial analysis. You will partner with senior leaders to turn data into insights and drive business decisions.

The role offers exposure to Excel modelling, Anaplan, SAP and Power BI in a large retail environment, with a hybrid schedule based in Brisbane or Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel with financial modelling.
• Exposure to Anaplan, SAP, Power BI.
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyse data and provide insights.
• Experience in retail or large-scale, complex business.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting through financial modelling and analysis.
• Financial Performance Analysis: analyse business performance, investigate variances and provide actionable insights.
• Reporting & Commercial Insights: prepare reporting packs, dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making.
• Financial Modelling & Systems: maintain financial models and leverage tools such as Excel, Anaplan, SAP and Power BI.
• Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: partner with stakeholders across the business to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Enjoy the flexibility of being based in Brisbane (Strathpine) or Sydney (Rhodes), with a hybrid work model that combines collaboration onsite at least three days per week.
