Pitch Technology in Sydney is seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales for a fast-scaling SaaS platform. You’ll work directly with Enterprise AEs on strategic deals and shape the SE function in the region.

You’ll own tailored demos, architecture scoping, and business-case development, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences while guiding the regional growth and defining excellence for the SE role.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer at a SaaS company with enterprise integrations.
• Comfortable with RESTful APIs and able to discuss integration patterns beyond platform features.
• Track record connecting multiple systems as part of a broader workflow or integration.
• Strong enterprise selling instincts and ability to build business cases.
• Experience with ERP or CRM integration environments; capable of leading workshops.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar value-based sales framework is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the full pre-sales motion: tailored demos, technical workshops, scoping, and business cases
• Map current and future architectures with prospects across IT, ERP, and CRM stakeholders
• Translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with Enterprise AEs to build value-based business cases
• Define what great looks like for SE in this market as the team grows
