Job summary

DDLoop seeks a Founding Growth Lead in Sydney to build scalable growth systems, pipelines, and campaigns from the ground up. You’ll own the growth engine across new business, onboarding, and customer success, and work directly with the founders to drive revenue and impact.

This full-time, on-site role requires a systems-thinking generalist who thrives in a fast-moving startup and can turn learnings into repeatable playbooks and automations.

Qualifications

• Experience in or around law firms, or legal ops, or professional services.
• Ability to own growth metrics, pipelines, and campaigns.
• Strong written communication and ability to distill complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth engine: pipeline, campaigns, and customer success systems.
• Conduct growth experiments and scale successful initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and support to help customers win faster.
• Bridge growth and product by turning learnings into product asks and roadmaps.
