Heidi is hiring for a Lifecycle-focused role in Sydney, shaping revenue growth through behaviorally triggered campaigns. You will own programs end-to-end from problem framing to post-launch optimization, collaborating with product, data, and regional teams. Technical depth in AI and automation helps scale impact across the clinician audience.

You’ll design experiments, build in Braze, and measure outcomes with Amplitude and Omni, delivering incremental ARR while maintaining clinician trust.

Qualifications

• Fluent in using data to drive decisions and ROI.
• Proven ability to design and measure lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort in SQL.
• Experience collaborating with product, data and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle programs end-to-end: activation, paid conversion, reactivation and churn prevention.
• Build campaigns in Braze with canvases, flows and segmentation.
• Design experiments with clean cohorts and holdout groups to prove impact.
• Maintain measurement foundations with dashboards in Amplitude and Omni.
• Coordinate with engineering on templates, webhooks and API triggers.
