Deel is hiring a Manager of Sales Development Enterprise in Australia. You will lead and grow the Enterprise and Mid-Market SDR team, set high-performance standards, and drive accountability.

You will work with leadership to optimize processes, cadences, and playbooks while keeping a strong focus on data-driven improvement and staff motivation. The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and scaling the SDR organization, fostering a culture of performance and inclusion, with flexible remote options

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a dedicated sales leadership role.
• Based in Australia
• Experience at a high growth tech company selling into mid-market and enterprise
• Fluency in designing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences and best practices
• Experience scaling an SDR team and defining career paths and compensation
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytics to track progress
• Great at motivating SDRs to high performance

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and hire for a rapidly growing team of SDRs.
• Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed goals.
• Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership.
• Identify and recommend improvements in processes, efficiency and productivity.
• Motivate team members through creative incentives.
• embody company culture and maintain high engagement among sales staff.
