Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Foreman to join a leading Class 2 residential builder delivering high‑quality developments across Sydney. Working with Site Manager and Project Manager, you will coordinate day‑to‑day construction works and supervise trades to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

This role focuses on site sequencing, reading drawings, and managing inspections while maintaining a productive site environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman within Class 2 residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methodologies and processes.
• Experience delivering projects over $80 million.
• Experience managing trades and subcontractors on site.
• Excellent understanding of drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lead from the front and maintain a productive site environment.
• Relevant construction qualifications and licences.

Responsibilities

With opportunities across both structures and finishes this is an excellent opportunity for experienced Foreman looking to join a professional, well-established builder with a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of construction works on a Class 2 residential project.
