Job summary

• Proven experience as a Foreman within Class 2 residential construction.
• Strong defects and finishing experience.
• Excellent knowledge of residential construction processes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor and trade management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage defects and rectification works across Class 2 residential projects.
• Conduct detailed inspections and identify construction defects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors through the rectification process.
• Manage defect lists, priorities and close-out timeframes.
• Ensure works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with project requirements.
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and trades.
• Assist with final inspections, handovers and project close-out.
• Ensure a high level of finish and presentation across the project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Foreman who has a strong eye for detail, understands residential construction and is confident managing defects through to completion.
