Job summary

Seek is looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead high-rise residential developments. You will oversee the on-site team, maintain safety standards, and ensure timely delivery of milestones on challenging mixed-use projects in the Sydney area.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years as a Site Foreman on large apartment developments, plus trade qualification as a Carpenter or a Construction Management degree. Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration are essential for success.

The Company

Well-established builder developer who have a well established presence around the Western Suburbs are looking for an ambitious Foreman to join their latest high rise developments.

This is a privately-owned company that offer a really supportive family like culture.
They are very busy and have a strong pipeline moving forward in Sydney West.

As a Site Foreman you will be directly reporting to an experienced Site Manager and will be responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:

Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site

Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame

Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.

Developing and building strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for the role of Foreman you will require:

Previous experience with on mixed use developments / Class 2 Projects.

5 years experience as a Site Foreman on large scale apartment developments

Trade qualification as a Carpenter or Construction Management Degree

Sound knowledge of the Australian construction market including sub-contractors etc

Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour

Drive and focus to progress career
