Atf Services in NSW is seeking an Area Sales Representative to drive growth across NSW and ACT in the foodservice sector. You will manage an established customer base, win new business and expand accounts through events, demonstrations and proactive visits.

The role combines field work with hybrid office days, offers base salary plus super and commission, a company vehicle, fuel card and a supportive leadership team, with ample opportunity to progress as the business expands.

Formación

• At least two years' experience in foodservice sales, with pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels or similar hospitality environments.
• Proven track record in account management, new business development and achieving sales targets.
• Existing industry relationships with foodservice decision-makers.
• Confidence with prospecting, cold calling, negotiation and closing sales.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Strong territory management and organisational skills.
• Ability to confidently present and demonstrate food products, including cooking and product preparation.
• Current NSW driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow NSW/ACT foodservice customers.
• Identify and secure new business through prospecting, cold calling and regular customer visits.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, venue managers, buyers and other key decision-makers.
• Promote a broad product range, identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tastings and menu presentations.
• Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
• Develop and manage an effective territory plan, balancing existing accounts with new business development.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and activity reporting.
• Work towards agreed sales, revenue, conversion and customer retention targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
