Job summary

Estia Health in Sydney is seeking casual kitchen staff to help prepare nourishing meals, assist with cleaning and dishwashing, and support residents with warm, respectful service in a busy aged care kitchen environment. You will contribute to varied daily tasks and work closely with a friendly team to uphold high standards and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include practical kitchen experience, a commitment to safety and hygiene, and the ability to manage time effectively while staying on

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen work (aged care is a bonus).
• Great time management and planning skills.
• Completed the Basic Food Handling Course.

Responsibilities

• Prepping food and drink.
• Cleaning (including dishes) - you bring a sparkle to the place in more ways than one.
• Changing up the menu. You'll work with our team and residents to create exciting meals that cater to every individual.
• Keeping records as part of our Food Safety Program.
• Being active and on your feet for most of your shift.
