Job summary
Electrolux Home Products Pty is seeking a Service Engineering Specialist for Food Preparation products to act as the primary technical escalation point across Australia and New Zealand. You will provide expert guidance, develop high-quality documentation, and support complex field issues to drive effective resolutions.
You will collaborate with Quality, Product Line, R&D, and Spare Parts teams, contributing to Ready-for-market readiness and data-driven Fast Field Feedback to identify quality
Qualifications
- Technical specialist with experience in home appliances or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of documenting and sharing results clearly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as ANZ escalation point for product, quality and safety issues.
- Drive resolution through cross-functional teams and field networks.
- Analyse field data to identify quality trends and warranty cost drivers.
- Develop and update technical documentation and service knowledge bases.
- Support field teams with data-driven insights and field repair solutions.
- Coordinate spare parts availability and lifecycle readiness.
- Assist in new product launches with technical readiness and training.
