Job summary

Electrolux Professional is seeking a Service Technician for its Laundry team in Australia. You will conduct technical support to ensure after-sales service excellence, train internal staff and external customers to maintain high product knowledge, and travel to regional areas as required.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, diagnostics and equipment commissioning, with opportunities to share knowledge and improve service delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Electrician, fitter or automotive industry experience.
• Experience in gas heated appliances.
• Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and ability to read circuit diagrams.
• Proficiency in resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve on-site technical issues with customers or dealers.
• Service, maintenance, diagnosis, parts installation, machine installation, testing and commissioning of laundry equipment at customer or dealer sites.
• Document service activities and maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide accurate information to back-end systems and complete commercial service tasks in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and solutions for equipment, online or offline.
• Periodically train customers and dealers on operations and technical topics.
