Job summary

RACV is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Team Leader at our Torquay location. You will lead the day-to-day operation of outlets, deliver exceptional guest service and work closely with kitchen, bar and events teams to ensure smooth service.

The role requires experience in a 4–5 star resort or similar environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate a busy team. A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is desirable and can be arranged on the job.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Team Leader role within a 4–5 star resort or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a busy hospitality environment.
• Confidence using POS systems and managing customer feedback.
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, which can be arranged on the job.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

Join RACV’s Leisure team in a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support the day‑to‑day operation of our Food & Beverage outlets while creating exceptional experiences for members, guests and visitors.
