Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader in a 4-5 star resort or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a busy hospitality setting.
• Confidence using POS systems and handling customer feedback.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate; on-the-job training available.

About the Opportunity

Join RACV’s Leisure team in a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support the day‑to‑day operation of our Food & Beverage outlets while creating exceptional experiences for members, guests and visitors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands‑on leadership and direction to Food & Beverage Attendants
• Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the outlet
• Delivering high‑quality, timely and professional service to members and guests
• Coordinating with management, kitchen, bar and events teams
• Managing customer feedback and resolving difficult situations
• Supporting staffing efficiencies, minimising wastage and completing end‑of‑day requirements
• Leading by example and maintaining high standards of service, presentation and safety

What you’ll need to be successful

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Team Leader role within a 4-5 star resort or similar environment
• Demonstrated experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a busy hospitality environment
• Confidence using POS systems and managing customer feedback
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, which can be arranged on the job
