Job summary

RACV Goldfields Resort in Victoria is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide our dining and events teams. The role is a flexible, fast-paced opportunity with responsibilities spanning conferencing, bar and restaurant operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The position is part-time, based on a 20-hour week with penalties. You will lead a dedicated team, foster great service, and drive standards in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B operations including conferencing, bar and restaurant.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced F&B.
• Willingness to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
• A Victorian RSA certification.
• Knowledge of F&B service procedures and financial controls.
• Interest in local food and wine producers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences daily in a dynamic setting.
• Oversee conferencing, bar and restaurant operations to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, service standards and budgets.
• Support training, mentoring and development of team members.
• Collaborate with events and catering teams for seamless delivery.

A day in the life

You’ll be an integral part of our F&B operations as you use your incredible management skills to lead a team of dedicated F&B professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, daily.

We’re looking for someone with experience in conferencing, bar and restaurant operations who is adaptable and has a ‘can-do’ attitude. As a leader, you’ll help set the standard by demonstrating a passion for hospitality and the drive to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
