Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a Territory Manager for North Western Sydney, covering Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Dural, Baulkham Hills and Marsden Park. You’ll own a busy metro territory, managing about 30 retail outlets and overseeing three SSRs while spending most of your time in trade.

This hands-on role blends customer relationship building with in-store execution, planning, and weekly leadership. Travel across Coles, Woolworths and Independents is expected as you translate business plans into

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, field sales or FMCG environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to engage in trade.
• Strong planning and organisational capability across a geographic territory.
• Ability to lead, support and engage a small field team.
• Commercial curiosity and understanding of in-store execution driving sales.
• Energetic, proactive mindset and readiness to learn.
• Ambition to continue developing your career within a large FMCG business.
• A current driver’s licence and ability to travel within North Western Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of approximately 30 retail outlets across North Western Sydney.
• Spend around 4.5 days per week in trade visiting customers and stores.
• Work across key customers including Coles, Woolworths and Independents.
• Lead and support 3 SSRs across the territory.
• Translate business plans into in-store execution and results.
• Build productive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Drive sales and execution across the territory.
• Plan territory priorities and organise weekly activities.
• Utilise administration time to prepare for the week ahead.
