Arnott’s Group is seeking a hands-on Territory Manager to lead a patch from Kempsey to Forster/Tuncurry, overseeing 27 stores and three Sales Support Representatives. This field-based role focuses on coaching, sales execution and strong customer engagement to drive commercial outcomes.

You'll work autonomously with support from a regional leadership team, travel across the Mid North Coast, and play a key part in promoting iconic FMCG brands while developing your sales leadership career.

Competenze

• Experience within FMCG, grocery, retail or a customer-facing sales environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• The ability to influence and negotiate with confidence
• Experience leading, coaching or developing others is advantageous
• Strong organisational and territory planning capability
• A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach; A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the Mid North Coast region

Mansioni

• Building strong relationships with store leadership teams across your territory
• Coaching and supporting a team of three Sales Support Representatives
• Delivering exceptional execution of promotional activity, displays and brand initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve category performance
• Negotiating additional space and in-store visibility for our brands
• Using insights and store performance data to influence decisions and priorities
• Planning effective call cycles and territory coverage
• Collaborating closely with your Zone Manager and broader NSW team
• This role is primarily field-based, with around 4.5 days per week spent in stores and a half-day dedicated to planning and administration.
