Sharp & Carter is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of its finance function and support the next stage of growth in Melbourne. This role suits an experienced Finance Manager or senior Site Accountant looking to expand into a broader leadership position.

You will work closely with the leadership team to provide meaningful insights, enhance reporting processes, and drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Site Accountant or similar role.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production or a related industry.
• Strong management reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to operate across both strategic and transactional activities.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end ownership of the finance function.
• Monthly management reporting and analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Financial planning and performance analysis.
