Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at our Salisbury Distribution Centre. This full-time role supports customers via phone, email, live chat and in-person interactions, coordinating with warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will handle enquiries, provide timely delivery updates and maintain records, while contributing to continuous improvement and safety compliance. Strong MS Office and CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, transport or operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems is highly regarded.
• Proactive problem solving and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Commitment to safe work practices and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face channels.
• Resolve delivery and service enquiries with warehouse, dispatch and logistics teams.
• Provide customers with timely updates on deliveries, collections and service requests.
• Support customer collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns with accurate records.
• Assist with stock verification and day-to-day distribution centre activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation across systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing customer service and efficiency.
