Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in Australia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities, inbound receivals, storage, outbound dispatch and customer service with safety and compliance at the forefront. Qualifications

• SAP/EWM experience is required
• Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities to achieve operational targets
• Participate in safety observations and hazard reporting
• Support investigations into warehouse incidents
• Ensure KPIs such as pick rates and customer service targets are met
• Coordinate and communicate warehouse policies and procedures
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement projects
• Handle internal and external customer service - DIFOT, returns, delivery errors
• Minimise damages through packing improvements and staff behavior
• Oversee stock control from receipt to delivery
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance for site operations
• Support cross-training for site continuity
