Job summary

Yeerongpilly Frog Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team on an initial 6‑8 week assignment in Inner South Brisbane, with an immediate start. You will deliver outstanding service while handling a high volume of enquiries and order processing.

Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, you will contribute to accurate data entry, order processing, and customer communications in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders via phone, email, and live chat
• Managing returns, exchanges, and customer enquiries
• Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing
• Making outbound calls to confirm order details and customer information
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet service and performance targets
