Job summary

People2people - Brisbane is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for an initial 6–8 week assignment in inner South Brisbane. You will handle high volumes of enquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, you will contribute to a fast-paced FMCG team, with the potential for extension and opportunity to gain experience in a respected industry leader.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident phone manner.
• High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• FMCG industry experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage returns, exchanges and customer enquiries.
• Ensure accurate data entry and order processing.
• Make outbound calls to confirm order details and customer information.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet service targets.
