MECCA Sunshine Plaza in Queensland is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a flagship beauty retail environment. This full‑time role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, coaching staff, and driving sales KPIs while upholding MECCA’s values.

The Floor Manager will partner with the Store Manager to motivate the team, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth store performance. This is a hands‑on leadership role within MECCA Brands.

Formación

• Experience managing a large format retail environment.

• Proven ability to coach and mentor large teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
