Job summary

MECCA is seeking a Floor Manager for the Sunshine Plaza store in Queensland. You will lead a large-format retail team, drive exceptional customer service, and coach staff to deliver MECCA’s signature experience.

This role is full-time and based in-store, with opportunities to participate in leadership conferences and product education. You will mentor teammates, maintain store KPIs, and embody MECCA’s values.

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment.

• Coaching and mentoring experience focused on team development.
• Genuine care for people and delivering the best possible team member experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Lead from the front with ongoing training, mentoring and feedback to build an effective team.
• Engage and motivate in-store staff to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA values.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
