MECCA Brands Canberra is looking for a passionate Floor Manager to lead our MECCA Canberra store in ACT on a full-time, fixed-term basis ending in Feb 2028. You will support the Store Manager and guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers strong professional development through leadership conferences, training sessions, and guest speakers, with a focus on coaching staff and achieving KPIs while embodying MECCA values.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience

• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team

• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role:

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams

• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.

• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development

• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
