MECCA Brands is seeking a Floor Manager for our Carindale store in Brisbane, QLD, to join on a full-time basis. You will lead a large retail team, coach and mentor staff, and drive exceptional customer service while upholding MECCA values. This role focuses on delivering memorable experiences and achieving store KPIs.

We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Carindale store in QLD on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
