Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a Floor Manager for our Maxima Warringah store in NSW to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role runs through July 2027, offering leadership depth, training opportunities and a supportive environment designed to elevate store performance.

You will mentor staff, coach the team to meet KPIs, and foster MECCA’s signature customer moments while upholding our values and standards.

• Experience in leading large teams in a retail environment.

• Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities to develop team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
