Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Coordinator Training Scheduling, Flight Crew to manage Flight Crew training rosters and logistics. The role ensures compliance with CASA regulations and industrial agreements, located at Mascot within Workforce Planning.

You will replan schedules, handle disruptions, and produce rosters that support the training program while maintaining efficiency and regulatory compliance. This 24-month fixed-term, full-time position offers day work in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong organisation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of CASA regulations and Australian industrial framework desirable.
• Experience with flight crew training systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Replan, monitor and amend Flight Crew training schedules and logistics.
• Develop recovery plans for roster disruptions.
• Produce rosters aligned with the training program and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliant, efficient training patterns for current rosters.
