Toro Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor for Townsville on a permanent part-time basis, offering 22.5 hours per week across up to five days. The role focuses on customer service, service coordination, parts support and administration to ensure seamless service from enquiry to job completion.

You will be the first point of contact for service customers, coordinating activities with technicians and stakeholders, providing quotes, managing work orders and assisting with parts enquiries.

Qualificações

• Experience in administration, service coordination or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional phone manner.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product information, service updates and support to customers.
• Create, schedule and coordinate service work orders; help with technician scheduling.
• Prepare job cards and assist with parts enquiries and ordering.
• Follow up on completed service work and prepare quotations with the Service Manager.
• Coordinate parts availability and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate work orders and assist with invoicing and purchasing where required.
