Australian Visa Connect is seeking a part‑time case/project manager on the Gold Coast to support two Registered Migration Agents. The role focuses on moving client matters through timelines, coordinating documents, and ensuring accuracy, with a flexible structure across 3–5 days per week.

Ideal candidates bring experience in case or project management, exceptional organisation, and a proactive approach to learning migration processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cases, projects, clients or workflows from start to finish.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress multiple client matters and projects against timelines.
• Support Registered Migration Agents with client matters across Australian visa programs.
• Draft visa, nomination and sponsorship applications for RMAs review.
• Coordinate client information, forms and supporting documentation.
• Review documentation for completeness, consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor key dates, deadlines and department correspondence.
• Maintain organised electronic files and assist with lodgements and post-lodgement admin.
