Job summary

KS Migration and Education in Melbourne seeks a skilled Registered Migration Agent to join the team for a part-time, remote-friendly role. You will advise on visa eligibility, prepare applications, and coordinate with Home Affairs to manage cases end-to-end.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Registration certificate, have at least 2 years of experience, and show strong knowledge of Australian immigration laws. Proficiency with immigration software and client-focused service are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Migration Agent with a valid Certificate of Registration.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using relevant immigration software and systems.
• Proven Experience with SC 482, SC 186, SC 189, SC 190, SC 491 Visas.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' visa eligibility and provide tailored migration advice.
• Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients.
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities.
• Manage client cases from initial consultation to final visa outcome.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in migration legislation and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the migration process.
