Job summary

Edelight Education & Visa Services, a Sydney-based education services provider established in 2018, is seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our Sydney team. You will manage student, skilled, partner, family, and visitor visa matters while providing professional and compliant migration advice.

You will prepare and lodge visa applications, liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, and stay updated with migration law and policy changes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Migration Agent registration in good standing.
• Experience preparing and lodging Australian visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and processes.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Education/migration agency experience highly regarded.

We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our Sydney team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will manage student, skilled, partner, family, and visitor visa matters while providing professional and compliant migration advice.

Key responsibilities

Provide migration advice and assess client eligibility

Prepare and lodge visa applications and submissions

Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs

Advise on skills assessments, points tests, and visa pathways

Maintain accurate client and compliance records

Stay updated with migration law and policy changes

Conduct professional client consultations

About you

Current Registered Migration Agent registration in good standing

Full-time salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year + superannuation + commission, depending on experience
