KS Migration and Education in Melbourne seeks a skilled Registered Migration Agent to join the team for a part-time, remote-friendly role. You will advise on visa eligibility, prepare applications, and coordinate with Home Affairs to manage cases end-to-end.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Registration certificate, have at least 2 years of experience, and show strong knowledge of Australian immigration laws. Proficiency with immigration software and client-focused service are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Migration Agent with a valid Certificate of Registration.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using relevant immigration software and systems.
• Proven Experience with SC 482, SC 186, SC 189, SC 190, SC 491 Visas.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our team in our Melbourne office, working remotely on a part-time basis. As a Registered Migration Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and assisting clients through the complex process of Australian visa and immigration applications.

Portuguese or Spanish speakers will be given priority.

Part-time hours are expected to be 16-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Assess clients' visa eligibility and provide tailored migration advice

Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients

What We're Looking For

Registered Migration Agent with a valid Certificate of Registration is a MUST
