Job summary

The Gateway Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Territory Manager or driven Sales Rep to join our fast-moving consumer goods team. You will lead by example, manage key accounts, and grow opportunities across grocery and multi-channel channels.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, negotiating shelf positions, activating promotions, and delivering strong margins. You will build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams in a high-performance culture.

• FMCG experience in multi-channel environment (grocery experience advantageous).
• Proven ability to grow existing and new customer opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
