Job summary

Harvest Road Group in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced AP/AR Support Officer for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term role within the Finance team.

The role involves processing supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, and customer invoicing, with daily duties and stakeholder queries. A pre-employment medical and criminal check may apply. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience using computerised financial systems and MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Proven punctuality, reliability, honesty, and high level of accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of high-volume supplier invoices daily.
• Daily reconciliation of bank statements.
• Processing of daily invoicing to customers.
• Coordinate work priorities to achieve agreed service levels and standards.
• Communication with key stakeholders from various entities within the group on queries.
• Standard AP and AR tasks, inter alia; cash collection, preparation of payment runs, data entry, responding to queries, month end reconciliations, maintenance of master files.
