Robert Half Australia is seeking a Finance Officer to take ownership of end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable functions within a supportive finance team. The role offers flexibility with work-from-home options, onsite parking and a collaborative environment where you’ll contribute to month-end processes and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of AP/AR experience, strong accuracy, Excel expertise, and solid stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience across end-to-end AP and AR.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite will be highly regarded, although not essential.

Responsabilités

• Own Accounts Payable from invoice receipt through to payment, including processing, coding, supplier reconciliations, payment runs and supplier relationship management.
• On Accounts Receivable side, manage invoicing, allocations, collections, debtor reconciliations and customer account queries with stakeholders across the business.
• Support month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, audit requirements and process improvement initiatives.
