Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to Toyota Fleet Management customers and the sales team. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate fleet sales quotes, and provide proactive support to drive satisfaction and growth.

You’ll build strong internal partnerships, understand processes deeply, and help ensure the team delivers a seamless, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or automotive/finance sectors is valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Commercial Vehicle inbox and allocate requests to the right team members.
• Collaborate with regional teams to review requests and ensure data quality.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track vehicle activities and support decision-making.
• Assist the Commercial Vehicle Manager with compliance and risk activities, including data maintenance.
• Contribute to process improvements within the Commercial Vehicle team.
• Maintain records and update customer folders for audit purposes.
