Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is hiring a Customer Support Representative for a max-term role based in Queensland. You will respond to customer enquiries, coordinate fleet requirements and provide proactive sales support to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

As a relationship-focused professional, you’ll build partnerships with customers, support Relationship and Sales Managers, and ensure a seamless, responsive experience in a trusted brand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, automotive or related finance industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams to achieve growth and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Prepare accurate vehicle quotations and convert opportunities to orders/contracts.
• Build trusted customer relationships and provide proactive support and reporting.
• Manage full vehicle lifecycle including orders, renewals, replacements and end-of-lease activities.
• Coordinate with dealers and internal teams for pricing, deliveries and seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer value through data insights.
