Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across the Fleet Management area. You will analyze current processes, identify improvements and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Distribution and Operations, build governance, KPIs, and deliver practical solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in process mapping and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and map current processes to identify gaps and risks.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and root causes.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks, KPIs and controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution and Operations to embed improvements.
