Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to Toyota Fleet Management's customers and sales team. You will respond to enquiries, coordinate day-to-day fleet sales quotes and provide proactive sales support that drives satisfaction and growth.

This internal, relationship-focused role requires strong organisation, a customer-first mindset and the ability to build partnerships with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet management, automotive, finance or a related industry will be highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Commercial Vehicle inbox, coordinating incoming requests and ensuring they are allocated to the right team members and completed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with regional teams to review requests, provide guidance and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track Commercial Vehicle activities and support business decision-making.
• Support the Commercial Vehicle Manager with compliance and risk activities, including gathering and maintaining accurate data for reporting and review.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Commercial Vehicle team by helping develop and enhance processes, procedures and ways of working.
